TROY, Mich. — Church's Chicken has announced the rollout of the JobApp Network automated hiring solution across all of its 272 corporate-owned restaurants in the United States. Church’s made the decision after achieving a 63 percent reduction in turnover during a six-month, 46-restaurant pilot test.
The JobApp Network provides applicants with an easy way to apply in both Spanish and English, by phone and via the Internet. Additionally, the JobApp Dispenser helps the company capture both active and passive applicants in their restaurants, while JobApp's 5-star applicant-ranking scale lets managers know who to interview.
