PITTSBURGH — As part of an initiative to standardize technologies among its corporate and franchise-owned restaurants, International Dairy Queen Inc. (IDQ) has added HyperActive Technologies as a national account vendor of drive-thru solutions and has named HyperActive's QTimer Drive-Thru Measurement Solution as a preferred drive-thru speed of service timer for its more than 3,000 drive-thru restaurants.
QTimer provides Web-based reporting and transaction-level detail, giving restaurants key insights into performance. HyperActive's "Enterprise Reporting Portal" also measures drive-thru times in individual restaurants and aggregates information across user-definable groups up to and including results for the entire organization. The system has user-definable "export" and "subscription" features, which enable chains to configure and send reports and "feeds" via e-mail or their own preferred management communications media.
