WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Krispy Kreme Doughnuts has introduced heart-shaped doughnuts in time for Valentine's Day. Now through Feb. 14, Krispy Kreme is featuring heart donuts topped with white icing and decorated with red, white and pink sprinkles.
 
The Share the Love promotion includes one dozen heart doughnuts and one dozen Original Glazed doughnuts. With each dozen doughnuts purchased, customers will receive 12 free Valentine's Day cards, each good for one free doughnut.
 
The Share the Love promotion is available in participating Krispy Kreme stores nationwide now through Valentine's Day, Feb. 14. Product offerings may vary in some markets. Large orders can be placed at no additional cost by calling your local Krispy Kreme store at least 48 hours in advance.
