Popeye's, Jack, Wendy's to present at conference

ATLANTA and SAN DIEGO — AFC Enterprises Inc., franchisor and operator of Popeyes, and Wendy's/Arby's Group Inc., parent company of Wendy's and Arby's, and Jack in the Box Inc., have each announced they will have management presentations at the upcoming Cowen Consumer Conference at The Westin New York at Times Square.
AFC Enterprises' Cheryl Bachelder, chief executive officer, and Mel Hope, chief financial officer, will present at the conference Jan. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time. Bachelder and Hope will provide an update on Popeyes strategy and business.
A live webcast of the presentation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time via the investor section of the company's Web site. A replay of the webcast will be available on the site for 90 days following the conclusion of the conference.
Jack in the Box's management is scheduled to present at the conference Jan. 12 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time. The presentation will be available to investors via a live webcast at www.jackinthebox.com. The webcast will be available for replay using that same link for 21 days, beginning Jan. 12.
Wendy's/Arby's Group president and CEO Roland Smith will present at the conference Jan. 13 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time. Smith also will present at the 11th Annual ICR XChange Conference, St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa in Dana Point, Calif., Jan. 15 at 12:55 p.m. Eastern time.
A a live webcast of the presentation will be available on the company's Web site under the investor relations section.
