WNEM (Saginaw, Mich.): A new study by Purdue University researchers has found that quick-service restaurants typically serve smaller meals with fewer calorie than sit-down restaurants, with both restaurants' meals higher in calories than meals made at home.
 
People who eat at full-service restaurants tend to reduce their food consumption during the rest of the day, while fast food patrons do not, ultimately resulting in more calories through the day.
