Foodservice Equipment and Supplies: FES has named Atlanta-based Wing Zone its 2008 Chain Operator of the Year, the magazine has announced. The chain, which was founded 15 years ago by two fraternity brothers at the University of Florida, has nearly 100 units and annual revenues in excess of $50 million.
