NEW YORK — Marvin Traub has resigned from the NexCen Brands Inc. board of directors, effective Dec. 4, the company announced. Traub was elected director of NexCen Brands Inc. on May 2, 2007.
 
NexCen Brands is the parent company of Marble Slab Creamery, MaggieMoo's, Pretzel Time, Pretzelmaker and Great American Cookie.
