With employee turnover at an average of 161 percent in the quick-service segment, driving down those numbers continues to be a challenge. QSRWeb asked John Kelley, vice president of training and human resources for White Castle, to share the key to employee satisfaction. White Castle has nearly 11,000 restaurant employees and an annual turnover rate of only 100 percent for its hourly employees.
