NEW YORK — NexCen Brands Inc., parent company of Marble Slab Creamery, MaggieMoo's, Pretzel Time, Pretzelmaker and Great American Cookie, has received additional notification from the Nasdaq stock market that the company is not in compliance with continued listing requirements due to its failure to file its quarterly report for the period ended Sept. 30, 2008.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company expects to file its quarterly report after the company files an amendment to its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2007 and its quarterly reports for the periods ended March 31, 2008, and June 30, 2008.
The company anticipates that it will complete the filings in the first quarter of 2009, NexCen officials said.
