ATLANTA — Chick-fil-A is ready for the holiday season with a new Peppermint Chocolate Chip Hand-Spun Milkshake that will be offered as a limited-time flavor until Jan. 3, 2009.

The Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake is hand-spun with Chick-fil-A's "home-style" Icedream and topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. The Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshakes will be offered in a 20-ounce cup and priced at $2.89 each (at most locations).
Since Chick-fil-A first introduced its line of Hand-Spun Milkshakes in May 2006, the chain has added limited-time flavors to its menu for the past two years. Chick-fil-A offered a Mint Cookies and Cream Milkshake in 2007, followed by a Coffee Caramel Milkshake earlier this year. Both flavors were offered in spring and summer months. This will be the first time Chick-fil-A has offered a special flavor during the holiday season.
