U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt planned for Las Vegas

HENDERSON, Nev. — Healthy Fast Food Inc. (HFFI) has announced that through U-Swirl Intl. Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, it has acquired the worldwide rights to the U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt concept.
With the acquisition complete, HFFI is anticipating rolling out the concept, starting in the Las Vegas valley, with multiple corporate stores open by spring 2009 and with plans on having a franchise program in place by the end of 2008.
In addition to the acquisition of U-Swirl, HFFI, an EVOS franchisee, is anticipating a busy fourth quarter with two EVOS store openings — one HFFI corporate store in Las Vegas and one franchise store in San Luis Obispo, Calif. HFFI recently received a store development extension from EVOS USA, with an extension to have five stores operational in HFFI's territory by March 1, 2009.
