The Saginaw News: Restaurants are adapting to the weak economy by reducing portion sizes and raising prices. At Wendy's, for example, the size of value-size French fries has shrunk, while the price went up. Spokesman Denny Lynch said the company is contending with increased ingredients and labor costs.
 
Wally's Old Fashioned Sandwich Shop in Saginaw, Mich., reopened last week at its former location, and the owner raised sandwich prices about $1.50 to $2 more than before because of the economy.
