LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Del Taco has teamed up with Los Angeles radio station KROQ for a new promotion in line with the chain's 'Go Bold or Go Home' campaign.
Guests can visit participating Southern California Del Taco restaurants for a free KROQ sticker, participate in "bold" events such as bobbing for Del Inferno packets, a Macho burrito toss, and riding a tricycle while balancing a tray of Del Taco food to win prizes, and enter to win the grand prize: a KROQ Golden Ticket that will grant one fan access to every KROQ show in 2009 and a brand-new 2009 Toyota Matrix.
The promotion begins Sept. 29 and runs through Oct. 19. Consumers can register for the grand prize drawing online or mail in the registration form attached to the KROQ sticker. The company expects to give out more than 300,000 stickers during the promotion.
The events will take place at Del Taco restaurants in Anaheim, Chino, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles, Ontario, Pico Rivera, Pomona, Stanton, Stevenson Ranch and the West Hills.
