PITTSBURGH — HyperActive Technologies has announced that Arby's Restaurant Group has selected the company's QTimer Drive-Thru Measurement Solution as the preferred drive-thru speed-of-service timer for its more than 3,700 restaurants. Arby's will use QTimer exclusively in its more than 1,000 company-owned restaurants to manage and enhance their customers' total drive-thru experience.
HyperActive's "Enterprise Reporting Portal," not only measures drive-thru times in individual restaurants, but aggregates information across user-definable groups up to and including results for the entire organization.
The system also has user-definable "export" and "subscription" features, which enable chains to configure and send reports and "feeds" on a scheduled basis to anyone in the organization via e-mail or their preferred management communications media.
