ATLANTA — NexCen Brands' MaggieMoo's Ice Cream & Treatery, Great American Cookies and Pretzelmaker have opened the first tri-branded store. 
 
The new store, located in Lafayette Square Mall in Indianapolis, is owned and operated by Sam Dushey.
