Northwest Herald (McHenry County, Ill.): A former employee of Burger King in Algonquin, Ill., has been charged with theft over $10,000 and forgery for allegedly stealing more than $18,000 from the restaurant.
 
Cynthia L. Sieben, 46, allegedly took $18,747 from her employer between March 2007 and November 2007, according to the criminal complaint. She is also accused of forging a check for $466.96 on Oct. 26, 2007.
