The Record: A man who broke his tooth when biting into a spicy chicken sandwich at a Granite City, Ill., Jack in the Box has filed a personal injury suit in Madison County (Ill.) Circuit Court.
 
Jason Waters alleges he bit down upon a "foreign metal object" in his sandwich, causing his tooth to break and incurring damages in excess of $50,000. Read more
