Network Services Co. ranks SCA Tissue No. 1

PHILADELPHIA — SCA Tissue was ranked as the No. 1 supplier in 2007 by the members and owners of Network Services Co., North America's distributor network of housekeeping supplies, sanitary maintenance products and foodservice disposables.

NSC asked its 75 members/owners, who operate 400 distribution sites, to evaluate the performance of 29 preferred suppliers by assigning them rankings in responses to 32 questions. The questions covered six performance areas: sales and marketing, customer service, supply chain, financial, account implementation and general.

With more than 70 percent of NSC members responding, SCA Tissue was ranked No. 1 among all preferred suppliers, according to a news release.
