TheStreet.com: Arby's franchisor Triarc Cos. will acquire Wendy's International in an all-stock deal worth about $2.34 billion. The acquisition will create a combined chain of 10,000 restaurants.
 
Arby's and Wendy's will continue to operate as separate brands.
