KIRKLAND, Wash. — vCustomer Corp., a provider of customer care and loyalty solutions, has announced a partnership with McDonald's India to provide centralized customer-support services and order taking for its McDelivery services in the country's North and East regions. Through the partnership, all calls are routed to a centralized vCustomer contact center.
 
Additionally, vCustomer has deployed its Business Intelligence tool, which categorizes McDonald's non-order customer calls and customer concerns. vCustomer routinely analyzes customer data to recommend corrective measures and to maintain focused efforts to increase customer satisfaction.
