Reuters: Nelson Peltz's Trian Partners is seeking a special meeting of Wendy's International Inc. shareholders after two takeover offers for the company by Trian and Peltz's Triarc Cos. Inc. were rejected. Trian also wants any transaction entered into by Wendy's to be approved by all shareholders and not just a special committee of the board of directors.
