NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — ParTech Inc., a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corp., has announced that Paradigm Investment Group LLC has selected PAR as its next generation technology provider. Paradigm Investment Group is one of the largest Hardee's franchise operators, with nearly 100 stores in four states.
Paradigm Investment Group has selected PAR's InFusion software for restaurant management. InFusion offers restaurant-to-enterprise point-of-sale solutions for hospitality operations of all sizes. The software suite is a multi-concept, multi-service POS software system.
Paradigm also has selected PAR's ViGo terminal with its integrated 8.4-inch customer display. When the terminal is not in use, the touchscreen can display POP messaging; when it is in use, it acts as an order confirmation display.
Additionally, Paradigm has integrated a self-service solution to enhance the customer experience, increase the average check and improve speed of service. Completing the solution is PAR's service offering that includes professional implementation and 24-hour call center and on-site field support.
