COSTA MESA, Calif. — MegaPath Inc., provider of managed IP voice, data and security services in North America, has announced that Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. has selected MegaPath to deliver high-speed DSL and T1 Internet access to its headquarters and company-owned restaurants.
MegaPath is providing Arby's with PCI-compliant data-communications services to support its in-store systems, including point-of-sale and transaction processing.
As part of the company's fully-managed service offerings, MegaPath is providing Arby's with professional installation of all WAN and LAN equipment required to ensure connectivity for its POS systems and other enterprise applications. Additionally, MegaPath's award-winning Web-based Customer Portal for online order and network management provides Arby's with access to a suite of tools and online reports that provide complete visibility over its MegaPath Managed Broadband services.
The portal allows Arby's to manage access across company-owned locations, supervise issue resolution and evaluate performance.
