WHDH-TV (Boston): A man who was fired from his job at a Boston-area McDonald's after management discovered he was a convicted sex offender has dropped a lawsuit he had filed against the owner of the restaurant. Scott Gagnon, who served 27 years in prison for multiple counts of rape, had sued the company for breach of contract.
