GOLDEN, Colo. — Good Times Restaurants Inc. has completed a fundraising effort for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the leading charitable funder and advocate of Type 1 diabetes research worldwide. Since 1970, JDRF has awarded more than $1 billion to fund diabetes research. In Colorado alone, JDRF annually funds more than $1 million in research.

In support of JDRF, Good Times, in partnership with Pepsi-Cola and Dr Pepper, created and sold a $1 coupon book containing multiple offers on food and drink at Good Times. In all, more than $35,000 was raised in an effort to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes.

This was the sixth year that Good Times has been a sponsor and fundraiser for JDRF.
