MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — The newest Cousins Subs location has opened at South Lake Road South in the new Lake Road Shoppes shopping center in Scottsburg, Ind. The store is owned by Jim and Karen Railing and their daughter, Shantel Vaughn.
The store is the family's second since joining Cousins Subs one year ago.
The location features a full-service drive-thru, a grill and french fries in addition to the sub shop's traditional elements. The Scottsburg store also provides catering and delivery services for meetings and events.
Jim Railing, a former resident of Scottsburg, is an area developer with Cousins Subs and plans a large expansion of additional store locations in central and southern Indiana. Previously, he founded Monument Financial Capital, which is engaged in providing franchise finance and investment banking services on behalf of experienced, multiunit franchise owners primarily in the restaurant sector.
