WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — J. Stokes & Associates has announced that more than 80 Subway restaurants in Bakersfield and Santa Barbara have selected the firm as their advertising agency of record, effective Feb. 1, 2008. J. Stokes will support the advertising and promotional efforts of Subway restaurants in the Bakersfield and Santa Barbara markets.
The agency has worked with multiple Subway markets since 1988. The Walnut Creek, Calif., firm already supports Subway restaurants in Eureka, Fresno, Las Vegas, Salinas/Monterey, Sacramento and San Francisco. With the addition of the two new California markets, J. Stokes represents more than 900 Subway restaurants throughout the western United States. In 2007 J. Stokes was recognized for its new media expertise, being named Breakthrough Media Agency by Subway Franchise Advertising Fund Trust (SFAFT). J. Stokes received the SFAFT Excellence Award for its advertising creativity and campaign execution throughout 2006.
