Dumac partners with 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler

ORLANDO — Dumac Business Systems Inc. recently announced a strategic alliance with 2020 IT Solutions Corp., providing for the integration of Dumac's Web-based SBOnet (SmartBackOffice.net) application with the Web-based 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler. The alliance allows customers to take advantage of the reporting, inventory and food cost capabilities of SBOnet along with the labor scheduling of 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler.
In the quick-service industry, the aggressive pricing necessary to compete means that managing food and labor costs has become more important than ever. With SBOnet inventory, food costs can be monitored and controlled, and with the addition of 2020 ITS Staff Scheduler, store managers will be able to better utilize existing employees by using a simple bar-graph design to suggest seven-day scheduling based on sales forecasts and staffing rules. The Staff Scheduler allows managers to clearly see labor cost as a percentage of forecast sales as they are creating and editing the schedule. Other features include staff availability, staff turnover and a comparison of actual hours to scheduled hours.
