The (Mass.) Republican: Wendy's International plans to reopen and run 10 of 13 closed restaurants in western Massachusetts sometime in 2008, the company announced. The restaurants were shut down in July 2007 by franchise owner Robert T. Burda of Dublin, Ohio. More than 400 workers were left unpaid, most of whom were subsequently paid by Wendy's International.
