NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Sagittarius Brands has opened its second co-branded, combination Captain D's Seafood Kitchen and Del Taco restaurant in Tennessee, this time in Nashville. The company's first co-branded restaurant opened in nearby Mt. Juliet in 2007.
The company hopes the new co-branded restaurant will appeal to a broader range of consumers over a longer day: While Captain D's is primarily a lunch and dinner destination, Del Taco offers breakfast, snack and late night offerings as well as lunch and dinner.
In 2007, Captain D's unveiled a new logo, restaurant design and an expanded, contemporary menu ranging from grilled seafood to pasta. This co-branded restaurant features the new Captain D's menu items including grilled Alaskan Salmon, Tilapia, farm raised Catfish or Shrimp Skewers.
