Agence France-Presse: McDonald's is selling more burgers in Britain than at any time since it opened there 34 years ago, according to The Times.
 
There were more than 88 million visits to the chain in Britain in December 2007 alone, the newspaper said, up nearly 10 million on the previous 12 months and the equivalent of about 320,000 more each day.
