The Associated Press: The chairwoman and chief executive of Jack in the Box Inc. has exercised options for 70,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
 
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Nov. 28, Linda Lang reported she exercised the options Nov. 27 for $9.45 apiece, then sold all 70,000 of them on the same day for $29 to $29.80 apiece.
