Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: A federal appeals court has ruled that V&J Foods Inc. made it hard for a 16-year-old girl to report that her manager repeatedly pressured her for sex and fired her after she refused.
 
Milwaukee-based V&J Foods Inc., one of the largest fast-food franchise companies in the country, was sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2005 on behalf of the former employee.
 
The girl said her 35-year-old manager at Burger King snapped her bra strap, repeatedly rubbed against her and offered her money for sex, according to court documents.
