LOS ANGELES — ADIR Restaurants Corp., master franchisor of Pollo Campero in six western states, has launched an extensive marketing campaign communicating the benefits of franchise ownership. The program includes a direct mail campaign, advertisements in regional editions of the Wall Street Journal and webinars discussing franchise opportunities.
 
Since opening the first U.S.-based Pollo Campero store in 2002, ADIR has signed several franchise agreements in the Los Angeles and Phoenix areas encompassing 35 stores.
 
"ADIR Restaurants Corp. is focused on maintaining and expanding the momentum created by Pollo Campero in the West," said José Cofiño, ADIR president and chief operating officer. "The franchisees we partner with will be similar to those who've joined us so far — successful and experienced restaurateurs who have demonstrated an understanding of customer service and appreciation of their community."
