SAN DIEGO — Phillip H. Rudolph has joined Jack in the Box Inc. as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, the company has announced.
Rudolph previously served as vice president and general counsel for Ethical Leadership Group, an ethics and corporate responsibility consulting firm based in Wilmette, Ill. Other previous positions include partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Foley Hoag LLP; vice president at McDonald's Corporation; and litigation partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLC.
