Lenny's Sub Shop expands

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Lenny's Franchisor LLC, franchisor of Lenny's Sub Shops, has announced that a fourth franchisee group will join the San Antonio market.
JCBC Enterprises LLC was granted the rights to open three Lenny's Sub Shops in Bexar County, according to a news release. The first is scheduled to open in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio in first quarter 2008. Lenny's recently has opened several restaurants in new markets, including Roseville, Calif.; Albuquerque, N.M.; and Avon, Ind. It also has sold multirestaurant packages in several states, including California, Indiana, Ohio, Louisiana and New Mexico. Lenny's is scheduled to open hundreds of restaurants in the next few years, the release stated.
