CARPINTERIA, Calif. — Carl's Jr. has introduced a new Patty Melt Burger. The burger will be made like a classic diner-style patty melt, with a charbroiled beef patty, grilled onions, American cheese and grilled rye bread.
 
The Patty Melt Burger will be sold at participating Carl's Jr. restaurants in single ($2.89), double ($3.89) and Six Dollar Burger ($4.59) varieties. Pricing varies regionally.
