E! Online: Violent Femmes bassist Brian Ritchie has filed a federal lawsuit against singer Gordon Gano, accusing Gano of damaging the band's reputation by allowing their biggest hit, "Blister in the Sun," to be used in a Wendy's ad campaign. The suit also claims Gano cheated Ritchie out of royalties and song credit and that Gano failed to properly account for the band's earnings.
