WOBURN, Mass. — Pollo Campero has licensed and is deploying location-optimization software from geoVue, developer of real-estate optimization programs.
 
GeoVue develops predictive store-trade areas that allow clients to decide which markets to enter, expand or exit; how they should optimize store networks within each market; and how to localize marketing and merchandising.
 
By optimizing trade areas and restaurant networks, as well as a build-out sequence, Pollo Campero will be able to secure the best new locations while minimizing cannibalization, the company said in a news release.
