The West Virginia Record: A West Virginia man is suing McDonald's for $10 million after an employee put cheese on his sandwich. According to the suit, Jeromy Jackson repeatedly told workers not to put cheese on his Quarter Pounder because he was allergic to cheese.
 
Jackson was hospitalized with a severe alleric reaction after he bit into the sandwich.
