IRVINE, Calif. — Taco Bell will select 25 emerging bands and will provide them with $500 each in Taco Bell Bucks while they are on tour, as part of the company's Feed the Beat program.
 
This is the second year for the program.
 
Up-and-coming bands from across the country touring this fall can fill out a submission form on the Taco Bell Web site by Aug. 30 to apply for the program. Eligible alternative or indie rock bands need to have a dedicated fan base, be on tour during the fall and have either a band Web page or MySpace page.
