KSL News (Salt Lake City):  In-N-Out Burger has filed a 30-page trademark infringement lawsuit against Chadders Restaurant in American Fork, Utah, alleging the restaurant has copied everything from its building exterior to its menu board and menu.
 
Chadders officials said in a statement: "We will vigorously defend our trademarks and trade-dress against any and all copycats and imitators."
