GOLDEN, Colo. — Good Times Restaurants Inc. reported May same-store sales increased 9.3 percent, driven by the introduction of the new Bambino burger and its recent television advertising campaign.

The company launched television advertising for the Bambino Burgers May 14. The Bambino Burger 3 pack sells for $2.25 and the 5 pack sells for $3.75.

April same store sales increased 6.3 percent. The company said the increases were aided by significant increases over the prior year at the company's two newest locations.

Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard has 53 restaurants, mostly in Colorado, and serves 100 percent all-natural Coleman beef burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fresh frozen custard.
