CNN: A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by a doctor who claimed KFC didn't tell its customers that it used trans fats to fry its chicken. The suit was filed last year, prior to KFC parent Yum Brands' announcement it was switching to a trans-fat free oil in its restaurants.
