WWLTV: Taco Bell has apologized for the condition of several of its restaurants that have remained untouched since Hurricane Katrina. A report aired Tuesday night on Eyewitness News showed four Taco Bell locations in New Orleans East and St. Bernard Parish that were strewn with garbage and rotting food that had been in place for more than 18 months.
