HOUSTON — Anthony Russo, owner and founder of 20-unit New York Pizzeria in Houston, is taking a major step on the road to expanding his concept outside of Texas by exhibiting at the North America Pizza & Ice Cream Show in Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 25-26. According to a news release, Russo will offer attendees information on becoming New York Pizzeria franchisees.
To help sell franchises, Russo teamed up with Silver Stream Marketing, which specializes in foodservice industry consulting and marketing. Along with Adrian Hembree, Silver Stream partner and vice president of business development, Russo will talk about the new franchise offering and use interactive presentations to showcase the New York Pizzeria concept.
