CINCINNATI — Penn Station East Coast Subs has finalized expansion plans for five additional locations in the Columbus, Ohio area. 
 
Five Penn Station franchises are operating in the Columbus market with two under construction. The agreement will increase the number of Columbus-area Penn Station locations from eight to 13.
