Clarion Ledger (Jackson, Miss.): A federal appeals court is slated to hear arguments in an appeal by Captain D's over a $21 million judgement awarded to an Oxford, Miss., man after he was paralyzed following a fight outside a Captain D's restaurant. The hearing is scheduled for March 6 in the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
