• Papa John's Pizza pays Cortino $346K severance

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Papa John's International Inc. said in a regulatory filing it paid former senior vice president of domestic operations, Michael Cortino, a lump sum of $346,670 following his Jan. 28 resignation.
 
Cortino's severance agreement also contains a three-year non-compete clause.
