COURIER JOURNAL(Louisville, Ky.): Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin' Donuts has filed suit in U.S. District Court in Louisville, Ky., against a commissary operation that supplies donuts to 34 Dunkin' Donut locations in the Louisville area. The suit alleges that Fresh Serve Bakeries Inc., which makes doughnuts, sandwiches and salads for Thorntons QuickCafe & Markets in the Louisville area, operates in unsanitary conditions.
